Upon initiating service engagement, clients are expected to:

• Supply necessary content, access credentials, and assets
• Respond to feedback or revision requests in a timely manner
• Adhere to the approved timelines and payment milestones

Failure to provide necessary materials may result in project delays.

3. Referral Program Terms

We offer a referral program where referrers receive a 15% commission for each successfully converted client they refer using our online referral form.

Key Conditions:

• Referral must be submitted through the official form on our website.
• Commission is only applicable upon project initiation and receipt of payment from the referred client in full 100%.
• Fraudulent, duplicate, or incomplete referrals will be disqualified.
• Commissions will be paid via preferred method within 14 days of project completation.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and source code developed by us during a project remain our intellectual property until full payment is made.

Once the project is completed and paid in full:

• Clients are granted full rights to use the delivered work.
• We may showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

• A non-refundable advance may be required before work commences.
